Pay Rate:
• Monday–Friday: $38.20 – $46.20 per hour
• Saturday–Sunday: $45.20 – $52.20 per hour

Job Description – Career Development Assistant

Responsibilities & Duties:
📌 Assist with career development programs and initiatives
📌 Support candidates with onboarding, training coordination, and learning resources
📌 Maintain and update participant records and progress reports
📌 Schedule training sessions, workshops, or coaching appointments
📌 Communicate program information and respond to general inquiries
📌 Prepare reports related to training outcomes and career progress
📌 Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks

Requirements:

• Must be 22 years or older to meet eligibility criteria
• Must have a local bank account (daily salary payments)
• No qualifications or experience required – full training provided
