HR Support Officer

We are hiring individuals to join our team! Working -Monday-Friday Salary $34.63 - $41.67/ per hour, can start tomorrow. Able to work 3-4 hours on weekends

The pay rate is as follows:

Monday-Friday: $35.33-$39.52/hour
Saturday-Sunday: $40.52-$45.40/hour

Job Summary

The HR Support Officer provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, payroll coordination, and general HR administration. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing, reviewing, and organizing documents before entry
• Entering data into digital systems with a high level of accuracy
• Verifying and cross-checking information for completeness
• Maintaining organized electronic records
• Protecting sensitive and confidential information
• Reporting any data inconsistencies or errors to the supervisor
• Performing basic administrative tasks related to data management

Requirements:

• Verify that you are 22 years or older to meet the eligibility criteria for this position.
• Ensure you have a local bank account for salary purposes, as payment will be made on a daily basis.
• No qualifications or experience needed as all training is provided.
