Housekeeping Attendant – Join our team at a new established winery in Hunter Valley with breathtaking views and guaranteed hours

About the role

As a Housekeeping Attendant at our estate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our 11 guest accommodations and public areas. This position is based in Mount View, NSW 2325 and involves providing a high level of service to ensure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing consumables, and ensuring all areas are spotless

• Cleaning and maintaining public areas such as entryways, toilet, carpark, and walkways to the high standards

• Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the on-site manager

• Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and effectively

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and complete physically demanding tasks

• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
