We're Hiring: Career Development Assistant ( Remote / Hybrid) Australia 

Salary:

• Monday-Friday: $39-$46 per hour
• Saturday-Sunday: $45-$53 per hour

Job Summary:

A Career Development Assistant helps individuals manage their professional growth by providing guidance on career paths, resume building, skill acquisition, and job search strategies. They often work in HR departments, educational institutions, or coaching firms, supporting career counselors or managers to help clients reach their full potential. 

Key Responsibilities:

Support students/clients with career exploration, goal setting, and planning
Assist with resume, cover letter, and application preparation
Help schedule and manage career counseling appointments
Provide guidance on interview preparation and professional skills
Assist with outreach, marketing, and career program promotion

Requirements: 

Verify that you are 22 years or older to meet the eligibility criteria for this position.
Ensure you have a local bank account for salary purposes, as payment will be made on a daily basis.
No qualifications or experience needed as all training is provided.
