SolarThoughts is seeking energetic and driven Appointment Setters to introduce local homeowners to the benefits of switching to solar and Home Storage Solutions ( Batteries ) . 

• Your role

Be the face of SolarThoughts, engaging with homeowners in the Brisbane/ Gold Coast/ Sunshine Coast area.
Start conversations that highlight the incredible benefits of going solar and batteries , with SolarThoughts.
Set appointments for our Solar Specialists—no hard sales, just sharing your passion for clean energy. 
Educate potential customers about how solar energy and batteries  can cut their electricity costs and reliance on electricity companies . 

What we provide 

Competitive Pay: Earn a base rate from $30/hr- $40 per hour  plus commissions based on performance and conversion rates . 

Training & Growth: We’re committed to your success with ongoing coaching to help you hit your goals.
