HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day people operations and employee lifecycle activities. This role is primarily remote, with periodic onsite collaboration in Sydney or Australia for training and team workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management

• Maintain accurate HR data across HRIS and internal systems

• Prepare employment documentation and HR reports

• Respond to employee HR queries and support payroll inputs

• Ensure compliance with policies, legislation, and data privacy

• Assist with HR process improvements and projects

About You

• Qualification or experience in HR, Business, or Administration

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

• Comfortable with HR systems and Microsoft / Google tools

• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
