We’re seeking a proactive QC Runner / Harvest Supervisor to lead quality control and harvest operations. This hybrid role ensures produce meets standards while supervising a harvesting team—ideal for confident backpackers with agri-experience who want to advance their career on the move.

Right to work

Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (essential for our remote farm)

Experience in quality control (QC) or harvest supervision

Detail-focused mindset, team leadership, and effective communication skills

Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather and over weekends
