Job Description
APG are currently recruiting for Farm Hands for our client based in St Arnaud. With a strong focus on team culture, safety and fast paced environment you will be required to be both physically and mentally fit, to ensure you become an integral part of their team and culture moving forward.
The work will require you to have fast hands and be standing on your feet majority of your shift. If interested please email your resume to [email protected]
Heavy lifting will be required. Must be available Monday to Sunday as this is a rotating roster,
Duties will include but not limited to:

Bending and picking up turkeys upto 11kgs
-
Milking, needling, catching
-
Egg collecting
-
Floor walking
-
Repetitive and physical work
-
Cleaning of sheds
-
Vaccinations
-
Feeding
-
On your feet majority of your shift
To be considered you must:
-
Have current driver’s license and reliable transport due to remote farm location

Have full working rights in Australia
-
Do not own any poultry, birds or pigs
-
Strong safety focuses and quarantine awareness
-
Good time management, be punctual and hardworking;
-
Ability to work well in a team;
-
Positive attitude and good work ethic
-
Must be reliable!

Willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing
