This fully remote role is ideal for someone beginning their career in recruitment, HR marketing, or employer branding. You’ll support candidate attraction initiatives, assist with content creation, maintain recruitment channels, and help ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote artworks online to reach art enthusiasts and collectors.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and brand promotion activities.
• Assist in market research and customer development.
• Communicate with clients regarding art products and promotions.
• Participate in training and improve marketing skills continuously.

What We Offer
Compensation: AUD $45–55 per hour (based on skills & experience)
