Construction Cleaner

Job Description: You will start as a construction cleaner and if shows aptitude you will be trained as a window cleaner.

• Role: Construction Cleaner. Responsible for the deep cleaning of residential or commercial sites after construction or renovation is complete. 
• Pay Rate: $30/hour.
• Employment Type: Casual
• Availability: Monday to Saturday from 7am to 3pm
• Location: Various construction sites (residential homes mostly). A different house around Perth metro area. Car is very be helpfull but not necesarry

Key Responsibilities

• Debris Removal: Clearing remaining small construction materials, dust, and trash.
• Detailed Surfaces: Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and laundries, including inside cabinets and drawers.
• Window & Glass: Removing stickers, paint overspray, and silicone from windows, mirrors, and glass doors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• White Card: A valid Construction Induction Card is mandatory for site access.
• PPE: Steel-cap boots and high-vis
• Physical Fitness: Capability to handle frequent bending and ladder work.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot fine dust and residues that standard cleaning might miss.
