Job Description

We are seeking a detail-focused and motivated Data Support to join our operations team. This role is well-suited to candidates with strong administrative skills who are interested in data accuracy, reporting, and information management. You will primarily work remotely, with periodic onsite collaboration in Sydney for training, review, and team workshops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and process large volumes of data accurately across company systems and databases.
  • Validate, cross-check, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Organise and maintain structured records, both digital and paper-based, for easy access and reporting.
  • Generate routine reports and summaries for management and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and improving workflows for data handling and record management.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.

About You

  • Diploma, degree, or relevant training in Business, Information Management, Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in data entry, processing, or administration is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or database tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • A proactive learner with strong communication and teamwork skills.
