Morning milking starts at 4.45am, milking around 300 cows on rotary platform. Calves are fed at end of morning milking, altogether about 4 hours. Afternoon milking starts about 3.15pm and takes about 2 hours, average 6 hours per day at $32.00 per hour. A current drivers license is needed to drive the provided car from residence to dairy, about 10 kilometers. Sundays, public holidays and every second Saturday off and time between milkings is generally your own unless there is something unusual happening. Position available from May 21.
