owner is 85 y/o lives in his house has 2 vacant granny flats that need renovations there are 3 vacant rooms toilet bathrooms kitchen one room needs completion by gyprocker ,sparky ,plumber then we will proceed into painting ,retiling .redecorating

live free and independently in the 3 rooms 

employ your skills with tools and supplied materials 

no electrical or plumbing skills like tiling ,painting uing power tools would be useful

have fun  food is supplied free as well as accomodation close to everything pools shpping centres etc
