Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative research, including interviews, focus groups, and desk research, under guidance from senior team members
• Assist in data transcription, coding, and thematic analysis
• Prepare concise research summaries, presentations, and reports for internal and client-facing use
• Support project coordination by maintaining accurate records and timelines
• Collaborate with consultants and researchers on ongoing projects, ensuring quality and consistency
• Participate in team discussions, offering insights and contributing to creative problem-solving

What We’re Looking For

• A degree (or current study) in Social Sciences, Psychology, Business, HR, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Basic familiarity with qualitative research methods (coding, thematic analysis, or similar) is preferred but not mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
• A proactive, learning-oriented mindset, eager to grow with guidance
