About the Role
This fully remote role is ideal for someone beginning their career in recruitment, HR marketing, or employer branding. You’ll support candidate attraction initiatives, assist with content creation, maintain recruitment channels, and help ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation and posting of job advertisements across online platforms.
• Assist in developing recruitment marketing content for social media, job boards, and career pages.
• Track and update candidate engagement metrics and recruitment campaign performance.
• Maintain accurate digital records of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities.
• Coordinate communication with candidates to ensure a professional and timely process.
• Collaborate with the HR and recruitment team on branding, outreach, and hiring initiatives.

What We Offer
Compensation: AUD $33–38 per hour (based on skills & experience)
