People & Culture Assistant

The People & Culture Assistant supports the People & Culture team in delivering effective HR services across the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on administrative support, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly while promoting a positive workplace culture.

🕖 Shifts Available:
Weekday Pay Rates: $39.30 -  $46.30 per hour 
Weekend Pay Rates: $ 45.30 - $52.30 per hour

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team across all HR functions
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientations
• Support recruitment activities such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
• Prepare employment letters, contracts, and HR-related correspondence
• Respond to employee queries and escalate issues when necessary
• Assist in organizing training, engagement activities, and wellbeing initiatives
• Support payroll, leave management, and attendance tracking
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and up to date
• Assist with reports, audits, and compliance-related tasks

📌Requirements:

     • Verify that you are 22 years or older to meet the eligibility criteria for this position.
     • Ensure you have a local bank account for salary purposes, as payment will be made on a daily basis.
     • No qualifications or experience needed as all training is provided
