Ready to jump into a lively country pub and be part of a hands-on, energetic team? We’re looking for a confident and friendly all-rounder to join us in Sea Lake, a vibrant regional town in the heart of Victoria’s Mallee.
What you’ll be doing:
🍻 Mixing things up behind the bar & delivering great FOH service
🛎️ Welcoming and checking in hotel guests
🧼 Assisting with housekeeping across rooms and venue spaces
🧹 Keeping the pub clean, organised, and running smoothly during service
What we’re looking for:
✅ Reliable, well-presented, and approachable
✅ Strong communication skills with a positive attitude
✅ Flexible availability across days, nights, split shifts, and weekends
✅ Hospitality experience is a bonus — but personality and work ethic matter most
