The Human Resource Role Alignment Officer supports the organization by ensuring job roles, responsibilities, and structures are aligned with business needs.
This role focuses on reviewing job descriptions, evaluating role clarity, and supporting workforce planning to improve efficiency and performance.

This role focuses on reviewing job descriptions, evaluating role clarity, and supporting workforce planning to improve efficiency and performance.
Work Schedule:
- Part-Time: 2–4 hours/day
- Full-Time: 8 hours/day
Flexible Shifts:
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM—$35/hour
- Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM—$45/hour
- Flexible hours with both part-time and full-time opportunities.
- Remote or on-site options are available.
- Supportive training and development opportunities are provided.
- Shift Options & Compensation
- Review and update job roles and job descriptions.
- Ensure roles align with organizational goals and workforce structure.
- Support managers in defining responsibilities and expectations.
- Assist with role evaluation, classification, and documentation.
- Provide recommendations for improving role clarity and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate role alignment records and support HR projects.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Salary includes base pay + commissions (weekly and daily pay).
- Must have a local bank, PayPal, Wise, or Revolut account for payroll.
- Candidates must be 22 years or older to meet the position’s requirements.
