As part of our dynamic team, you could find yourself working in different areas, including:

 

• Trimming, cutting, and slicing meat
• Separating and sorting cuts of meat
• Operating equipment and machinery
• Cleaning and sterilizing work areas
• Moving carcasses as required
• General laboring in chillers, boning rooms, and the slaughter floor
• Boxing, packing, and labeling finished products
