Job Description – Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities & Duties:
📌 Analyze salary, incentive, and benefits data
📌 Assist in benchmarking compensation against market trends
📌 Maintain and update compensation-related databases
📌 Prepare reports on pay structures, allowances, and bonuses
📌 Support compensation reviews and adjustments
📌 Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee pay data
📌 Assist with general HR and compensation administration tasks

Requirements:

• Must be 22 years or older to meet eligibility criteria
• Must have a local bank account (daily salary payments)
• No qualifications or experience required – full training provided
