Machine Operator / Skilled Farm Labourer

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Machine Operator / Farm Labourer to join our broadacre farming team. This is a hands-on role that involves operating, maintaining, and assisting with a variety of farm machinery and tasks during the cropping and harvesting seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tractors, harvesters, sprayers, and other broadacre machinery safely and efficiently.

• Assist with seeding, fertilising, harvesting, and general farm maintenance.

• Monitor machinery performance, perform basic maintenance, and report faults.

• Work collaboratively with farm management and other team members.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating farm machinery is highly desirable.

• Understanding of broadacre farming practices and safety standards.

• Strong work ethic and ability to work long hours in rural conditions.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

• Valid driver’s license (manual preferred if operating tractors or larger machinery).
