Reports To: Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Bar Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. This role includes maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring guest satisfaction, and adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Take drink orders from guests or servers.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, including counters, utensils, and equipment.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Handle payments and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the bar.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a semi fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math and cash-handling

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our kitchen team. As a member of the kitchen staff, you will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensure smooth operations in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits
- Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure food items are properly stored and labeled
- Maintain kitchen inventory and inform supervisors of stock shortages
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Dispose of waste and keep the kitchen environment tidy
- Support in receiving and organizing kitchen deliveries
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
Working Conditions:
