The Opportunity
We’re seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join us in a casual production role at our Taren Point facility. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually load and stack 20 kg bagged products

• Operate bagging machinery safely and efficiently

• Handle, lift and transport bags in line with OH&S standards

• Monitor production schedules and meet daily output targets

• Multitask and prioritise workloads to support team requirements

• Maintain punctuality, personal presentation and a proactive, “can-do” attitude

Skills & Experience

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machinery operation

• Ability to lift and carry 20 kg repeatedly throughout the shift

• Demonstrated understanding of workplace health & safety (OH&S)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

• Forklift licence preferred but not essential

• A self-starter attitude with high levels of energy and reliability

Pre-Employment Requirements
