Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and outgoing people to join our small team promoting and selling our proven, high-quality products at country agricultural shows, festivals and weekend markets in major cities and regional Australia.
These are established long-term products with a successful track record spanning over 30 years – not recent TV items or bulk-imported goods. Our simple, low-pressure demonstration and sales methods have been refined and proven effective over decades. Full training is fast, straightforward and provided on the job.
Immediate opportunities:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic casual team members to help with two upcoming events — the Hawkesbury Show (this Friday 24 – Sunday 26 April) and the Bathurst Show the following weekend (Fri–Sun).
This is a great opportunity to jump in straight away, with the potential for ongoing work at future country shows, festivals and markets if it’s a good fit for both sides. We love building longer-term relationships with reliable team members who enjoy the lifestyle.
This is genuine event-based casual work with plenty of variety. It’s a fantastic way to see more of Australia while earning money in a lively, event-based environment. You can be based in Sydney or anywhere else – simply travel out for the shows/events we’re doing and return to your base afterwards. If you don’t have a fixed location, we can help point you toward suitable backpacker accommodation near upcoming events.
What the role involves:
We’ll send you some basic product overviews and training material before your first show. On the day we provide additional hands-on practice, followed by on-the-job training and support. Everything is kept simple and straightforward.
Hours & Earnings:
Casual position with variable hours depending on the event schedule (usually 6–10 hours per day when working).
Pay is performance-based: $20 – $65 per hour (or $200 – $600 per day on busy events), reflecting base rate plus commission from actual sales. Top performers consistently earn at the higher end. Payment can be arranged as a casual employee (with TFN – tax withheld) or via invoice if you have an ABN. We’ll discuss the best option for your situation.

- Demonstrating the products to customers in a friendly, relaxed way
- Chatting with the public, answering questions and building rapport

- Working together as part of a small, supportive team
- When travelling to events we arrange quality accommodation with your own room.
- Travel options are flexible: travel with the team, use your own vehicle (fuel and tolls compensated), or sometimes trains/buses where that suits everyone.
- Many events are local, so you would make your own way to the venue.

- Positive attitude and reliability
- Comfortable standing for long periods and working outdoors
- No previous sales experience needed
- Own transport is helpful but not essential (travel support available)
- Available for weekend and occasional weekday work during show season
