Human Resource Analytics

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource Analytics professional to join our team. This role offers flexible working arrangements, with the option to work remotely or from the office. Hourly wage: $34–$46, negotiable upon successful.

Work Schedule Options
- Part-time: 2–4 hours per day
- Full-time: 8 hours per day

Pay Rate
⦁ Morning Shift : $34 per hour
⦁ Evening Shift : $46 per hour
💰 Additional commissions available (daily & weekly payouts)

Human Resource Analytics Responsibilities & Duties :

📌 Prepare, update, and maintain employee records and HR documentation
📌 Support onboarding and offboarding processes
📌 Assist with HR data entry and system updates
📌 Respond to employee enquiries and provide HR support
📌 Coordinate HR schedules, meetings, and internal communications
📌 Maintain accurate HR databases and tracking tools
📌 Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies

Requirements
• Must be 22 years or older
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently
• Must have a local bank account, PayPal, Wise, or Revolut for payroll
