The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Processing Clerk to join our operations team. This is an excellent entry-level role for candidates interested in data management, administration, and HR support functions. You will work remotely for three weeks each month, with one week onsite in Sydney for team collaboration, training, and reporting sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain company and client data across digital systems.
Organise and label digital files and ensure compliance with company protocols.
Support the preparation of simple reports, summaries, and spreadsheets for management.
Perform basic quality checks to identify and correct inconsistencies or errors.
Provide administrative assistance to the Operations and People & Culture teams.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.

About You
Diploma or degree (or currently studying) in Business, Administration, IT, or a related field.
Prior experience in administration or data entry is valued but not essential — we welcome graduates and career starters.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
A proactive learner with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
