What You’ll Be Doing

• Mix, pour, and serve drinks that look sharp and taste even better
• Take orders and deliver them with the FOH team — no egos here
• Keep the bar stocked, organised, and clean (a tidy bar = smooth service)
• Jump in wherever needed — floor, bar, service, support, dishes – We’re all one team.
• Bring the banter and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for every customer

What We’re After

• RSA certified — must-have for all bar roles
• Confident with cocktails, beer, wine & the classics (bonus if you can flair a bit 😉)
• Outgoing, friendly, and calm under pressure
• Team player — happy to help FOH, kitchen, or anyone who needs a hand
• Strong communication skills and an eye for detail (presentation counts)
