Daniel Hall Scrap Metal is looking for a reliable and physically fit Casual Labourer to join our team.

About the Role

The role involves collecting, loading, unloading and handling scrap metal, including air conditioners and other metal products. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys physical work and working outdoors.

Duties

• Collect air conditioners and other scrap metal from customers and businesses
• Load and unload trucks and trailers
• Lift and move heavy and bulky items
• Sort and organise scrap metal
• Assist with general yard duties
• Keep work areas and vehicles clean and organised
• Follow safe manual-handling and workplace procedures

Requirements

• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Strong communication skills
• Good attitude and willingness to work

Location: Archerfield, Brisbane

Work: Casual hours, with pickups throughout Brisbane
