Our farm in Coffs Harbour, NSW is now entering the summer picking season, and we are looking for reliable workers to join our team. Fast fruiting season = high picking demand. Perfect for anyone needing WH visa days or looking for short-term farm work.

 

🌿 Job Duties

• Hand-pick ripe blueberries

• Walk along blueberry rows and place fruit gently into buckets

• No experience needed – training provided

 

📍 Location

Coffs Harbour, NSW (coastal city, relaxed lifestyle)

 

🕒 Work Period

• Now until February

• 5–7 days/week

• 6–8 hours/day

• Schedule depends on weather and fruit load

 

💰 Pay & Benefits

• Piece rate, price varies with market conditions

• Weekly payments (bank transfer + payslip for WH visa days)

• Accommodation available: $180–$200/week (bond $300, refundable with 2-week notice)

• Daily transport to/from farm + weekly shopping: $10/day

• Eligible for 2nd/3rd WH visa days
