Market Research Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Market Research Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the business. This role involves collecting, analysing, and interpreting market and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights. The position is primarily remote, with occasional onsite collaboration in Sydney for training and team workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse market and customer data

• Conduct surveys, desk research, and competitor analysis

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and insight summaries

• Maintain accurate research records and databases

• Support teams with data-driven insights and recommendations

About You

• Qualification in Market Research, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field

• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills

• Comfortable with Excel, Google Workspace, and analytics tools

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
